My family lived in Ft. Defiance from 1954-56, having moved there from New York City. My father, Benjamin Lewis, was Chief of Staff and Surgery at the BIA hospital there. My mother was Esther. My brothers were Jon and Mac. All are now dead. My best friend was Wilson Naswood.

Celebrating a life well lived! Gosh---Tobe was one of the kindest and most gentle of gentlemen. Somehow, we just thought (hoped) he would live forever. We love you all, and we are so sad with you at this great loss and heaven's great gain.
