Tobey P. Milne

Dare resident Tobey Pierce Milne, 69, of Southern Shores, died at her residence, Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008. A private memorial will held at a later date. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc., Nags Head, is in charge of arrangements.
