Tobias D. Benn

Tobias was born on May 9, 1969 and passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. He was born in Gloucester, MA on May 9, 1969, a son of the late Thomas R. Benn and Elizabeth M. Neuburg (Benn-Halliwell) who now resides in Danvers, MA. Toby was educated in Manchester Schools and later attended school in Florida where he attained his general contractors license. He was an avid model railroader, a crew assistant on the dirt track venues for several years, loved his chocolate lab and was member of the Masonic Lodge in Gloucester. Burial will be held privately at sea.
