My condolences to the Philpott family on Toby's passing. My parents lived beside Toby and his parents. He was a sweet person. My dad was a Deputy Sheriff and Toby always called him "cop" and enjoyed when he was in his uniform. Heaven is a better place with Toby's joining his parents.
