Not sure what to say?

Toby will live in our memories forever. He was a brilliant legislative strategist who always did the right thing. He was a friend to Texas families, working for better laws and tools for justice. Texas is dimmer without him.

Toby, the battles are over. Now, with our Creator, you can truly enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Toby was an example of a public servant. The work he did with Sen. Chris Harris on the Juvenile Justice Code is a great example of how he used his leadership skills. We join his wife Gloria, and family in greiving his passing and hope that the Precious Memories of your time together with him will help you during this time.

So sad. Sympathies to the family. Total respect. Grateful to know and learn from you. Thanks for your commitment to good.

My sincere condolences to the Goodman family. Toby had such a positive impact on the world through his Family law work and was a blessing to my family during a difficult period. May he rest in peace.

I´m sorry for this tragic loss in your lives. Gloria, you were a beautiful partner for Toby. His love for you was evident in all his actions and his words. I hope you can be comforted by that and by the Almighty God we worship who will provide whatever you need. Sincerely Janna Brimer Kim is having a medical procedure today and we won´t be able to attend Toby´s service tomorrow, but will be with you in Spirit. Much love

Thank You for being a true friend as well as a good and fair professor. The world was a better place because of you.
