Today Paul met Tom while on a walk on a trail in Pinecrest, the neighborhood Toby grew up in. He sadly reported that Toby had passed away. We are very sorry for the families loss. I remember him as a teenager seeing him often down at the Pinecrest beach, with other neighbor kids. He was a great kid. He will be missed. So very sorry.
