Not sure what to say?

Tod was my closest friend for many years, and he shared many of the problems I got myself into. I am surprised that it has been so many years so soon, and I miss him as much today as I ever have. Still love ya, buddy.

To the Cecil family I am very sorry for your loss. Tod was an amazing person! Working with him at Bennigan's was so much fun. He had the kindest heart and it has been an honor just to have worked with him.

To the entire Cecil family-

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Our deepest sympathies!

The Sampsel Family

Lori, even though we haven't seen each other since childhood my prayers and sympathy are with you and your family. Tod was a good person. His smiling picture says it all! Bless You. Becky (Beers) Halter

Lori and the entire Cecil family, Im so sorry to hear of Todd's passing. My thoughts are with you in this sad and difficult time

My thoughts and prayers go out to Becky and her family. Tod was a great man who truly had a good heart. I enjoyed working for him and his family, and from a personal perspective, did a lot for me being my first real job. He really was a great father, husband, boss, and person.

My prayers go out to the Cecil Family. Tod was one of the best guys you could ever wanna meet, not to mention a great boss when we worked @ Fuddruckers together. He will truly be missed.

I knew Tod for alot of years and he always had a great smile on his face. We use to go to Kurt's Inn and he'd have his 2 or 3 shots of Wild Turkey. Even that couldn't take his great smile away. God Speed my friend
