You will be missed Tod. Is an honor to have been fortunate enough to become neighbors and meet you once myself and wife moved to the neighborhood. Could not have asked or meet a nicer person/neighbor. I looked up to you and was attracted to your hard working ethic; even though we didn't meet until your later years of life it was obviously present in my eyes.
