Not sure what to say?

He is truly the best Sheriff I have ever worked for. He was always friendly and very nice to everyone. Todd will be missed for years to come. He as such a good person.

I know I´m late in posting this but I was Todd´s FTO at the Washington County Jail. We became great friends over the years and traveled to Seattle on occasion and other off duty ventures. The last time I saw Todd he was living in Lake Havasu, AZ. I lost contact with Todd after a year or two and just happened to look him up on the Internet. That´s when I learned of his death. Tonight, years later I looked again only to find more information about his death. Condolences to his remaining...

I knew Todd when I worked Washington County Corrections, Todd was an Explorer then. After many years when Todd was Sheriff in Tillamook County, I was on escort to pick up a prisoner from there. Even after all those years, Todd remembered and asked about all his old friends there.

I knew Todd when he was an Explorer with Washington County and I was in Corrections. I remember when a Deputy would bring in a prisoner, they would often ask Todd what the ORS was to fill out their forms. Todd always knew the right answer.

Todd and i were explorers together in Washington Co, i went to Tillamook county with osp, talked todd into appling with Rockaway pd, he got hired. Todd got hired with union co a few yrs later, we both got assigned to the narcotics task force. Lots of stories there. I miss Todd and his brother Dirk who just passed away

So many memories to cherish. Todd was always upbeat and will be sorely missed.

I worked with Todd for many years as a reporter for The Oregonian. He was a true professional, always willing to help me however he could, but always putting people first, ensuring he didn't do anything that would allow me to encroach on anyone's privacy. More than once he made me look damned good in my job, but more than that, I considered Todd a friend. I have great memories of him and I will carry them with me always.

Todd was a very good friend. I won and lost a few Civil War bets with him. I was fortunate enough to stay at his home in Nehalem a number of times with a mutual friend of ours and use it as a fishing camp.
Todd, I hope your hand healed up ok.
RIP my friend, until we meet again.

Todd and I met in grade school at Brookwood Elementary. I will always remember having fun running around with him. I’m the youngest of four brothers and he had older siblings too so we had a lot in common. Growing up we had several mutual friends so I was fortunate catch-up with him every so often. He had a way of turning up in the most surprising places and it was always fun to see him. Great human being, Rest In Peace my old friend. Wish we could have spent more time together.
