Send FlowersTodd William Ballard Todd William Ballard, 52, of Prince William County died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at his residence. Survivors include his mother; Barbara Callahan; and step-father, John; daughter, Randi Olivia Ballard; brothers, Lewis Anthony Ballard of Wakefield, MA and Timothy M. Ballard of LaMesa, CA. A service will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Hello Todd in 2010
Todd is still considered part of our extended family, he lived with us for a while, saw our son growing and gave him his first hair cuts. He was working so hard to change his life, I'm sorry he didn't get finish it. We were so proud of what he had done so far. We were his chearleaders doing his last steps in life. Because of your goodness and great heart we know you are one of the angles now and we all will look out for you.

Although I only knew Todd from his work at the barber shop, he was one of my favorite people. I often came in and waited in line to sit for Todd. We had great conversations, mostly about the importance of family and our daughters. He is definitely missed.
