Todd was born on June 21, 1961 and passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Todd was a resident of Grand Forks, North Dakota at the time of passing. Memorial Services will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 9, 2018 in Calvary Lutheran Church, 1405 S. 9 th St., Grand Forks with visitation one hour prior to the service in the church. In order to honor two of Todd's passions, the family encourages attendees at the memorial service to wear Minnesota Twins or Bob Dylan apparel.
