Todd was a singular talent. His wit was legendary, as was his gift for music. He knew the things that can't be taught. He was the soul in Soul Brat, which was, to this day, the most entertaining group to ever grace the club scene in Billings. Todd loved to make people laugh more than anything, whether it was through his own lightening fast wit, or a perfectly delivered joke.
