(Angela) Garlock; step-children: Tara, Mike and Nino Iriti, Mauricio and Marcella Chaves and a host of loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Mark Garlock.

Todd started Todd’s Painting Service in 1980 with one paint brush and one ladder and then along with his brother Mike founded Garlock Brothers Construction in 1984, where he was currently the President and Treasurer of the company.  Todd used his love for construction to help people in need through the Habitat for Humanity. Todd also used his talents to help mentor young entrepreneurs get the experience necessary to start their own company. Todd was also very active with the construction program at Millstream to help youth become interested in the construction industry, some of whom are still employed at Garlock Brothers Construction.  In 1996, Todd was inducted into the Small Business Hall of Fame. Todd was a member of the Findlay Noon Rotary, Hancock Chamber of Commerce, Hancock County Home Builders Association, Pheasants Forever, St. Michael the Archangel Parish and a proud sponsor of Balloon Fest in Findlay. Todd served on the Board of the Family Resource Center and also worked closely with the Hancock County Regional Planning and Economic Development and City of Findlay Planning Commission.  In 2000 and 2016, Todd along with his brother Mike and all of the owners and employees of Garlock Brothers Construction, were honored to receive the Small Business of the Year Award. Todd had a love for the outdoors and hunting. Todd helped start Black Swamp Bucks Unlimited which is a nonprofit organization that dedicates its resources to betterment of the white tail deer and its environment and getting youth interested in the outdoors. Todd was an avid Cleveland Indians and Buffalo Bills fan. Mostly, Todd loved being outdoors, whether it was hunting, sitting by the campfire, spending time at the KAJOMA hunting camp in Pennsylvania or his Silver Dollar Camp in New York. Todd loved friendly conversation and just being around people and having a good time.
