Todd was one of the nicest people I have ever met. A truly kind soul. He was a true Spartan fan to the core.
The world would be a lot better place if there were more Todd Hand's in it. God Bless

The neighborhood will never be the same. I always loved seeing Todd meticulously caring for his yard, and of course seeing both him and Diane going for their daily walks. When their beloved dog, Hunter, was still alive, I enjoyed seeing them and watching Hunter play with our cat, Roscoe. My heart is saddened at his passing. He fought so hard. I will miss seeing him. Our thoughts and prayers are with Diane, and the rest of their family.
