Mr. Hathaway, I looked you up tonight. I didn't know I'd find this news. I'm so sorry. I'm glad I got to see you one more time. It was 12 years ago, you were with your family. I just wanted to thank you. Thank you for helping me to become the person I am today.

I am very late to this news, and I am so sorry to hear this. I didn't know Todd well, but I knew he was an intelligent, kind person who cared greatly about his community and others. My heart goes out to his family.

John and Denise, The loss of a child is unimaginable and life changing. You and all of Todd´s family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers, prayers for peace and comfort.

Mr. Hathaway, you were one of my favorite teachers. You encouraged your students to work hard and reach their potential, and I'm forever grateful for both the knowledge you shared and the life skills you taught me. Sending love and hopes for peace for your family members and friends.

Mr Hathaway was one of the best teachers I ever had. He was my AP World and Terrorism, Trade and Foreign Policy teacher at EAHS. He was a fantastic educator and someone who inspired me to become a teacher. I regret not telling him that. My heart breaks for his family and close friends.
