Todd D Healy

It was a great being able to work with Todd over these many years from the Florida Water days and into the City of Deltona days. He taught me a lot when I first started working in Deltona. We worked through a lot of tough times over the years. I will miss Todd dearly as he was a very important part of our work family here in Deltona. We will miss you big guy.

My heart was broken when I received the call that Todd had passed. We worked for years at the city together and became a family. It was like losing a brother. Our kids were the same ages so we shared so many stories together and we spent more time there then we did with our own families most days. I'll miss our holiday, birthday, and check in texts.
