Todd contributed mightily to his community and fought hard to do the right thing. He had a big heart and a great sense of humor and I'll miss him a lot.

I was saddened to read of my old friend Todd's passing. Although we hadn't spoken in several years I always consider us friends. When I think about Todd I think of his humor and hear that devilish laugh. My thoughts are with all of Todd's family and friends at this time.
