Todd was one of the most kind hearted, fun loving people I will ever know. I knew I could trust him from the moment we met. He and I became fast friends. He definitely loved the Lord, his family and his friends. He had a way of making people laugh even when times were tough. We had a lot of fun together and I was proud to call him my best friend.
