Todd Hamilton Lam Todd Hamilton Lam, 50, of Waynesboro, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 29, 2013. Todd was born on March 27, 1963, in Waynesboro, to the late Neil Hamilton Lam and Sarah Lee Terrell. Todd graduated from Waynesboro High School in 1982. He was a volunteer at the Waynesboro Heritage Foundation Museum, a board member of the Waynesboro Historical Society, and a Civil War re-enactor. Todd loved history and studied the civil war history of Virginia. Todd is survived by his wife, Sherri Denise Lam; his four children, Brandon, Jordan, Hannah, and Isabella Lam; one stepson, Chip Root and wife, Cierra; four grandchildren, CJ, JC, Bryan, and Brayden Root; two sisters, Tina Clark and husband Mark, and Terri Lam and partner, Yvonne Jones; one brother, Tracy Lam and husband, Dennis Shipe; six nieces; four nephews; and one great-nephew. Todd also had many special friends that he cherished. A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 31, 2013, at the Salvation Army Church, 900 B Street, Waynesboro, Virginia. Family and friends are welcome to visit at the home of his sister, Tina, 351 Hopeman Parkway, Waynesboro, Virginia.
