Todd was born on March 28, 1962 and passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017. Todd was a resident of Sioux City, Iowa at the time of passing. He graduated from East High School. Todd then enlisted with the U.S. Air Force and served in Korea where he was a military police officer for four years. Private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be the hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in his name to the charity of your choice.
