Not sure what to say?

To Todd's family. this year July 28,2013 at the Blackhawk Wrestler's golf outing we had a sign made in memory of Todd and fitingly had hole #1 dedicated to him! That was a tough thing for me but we made it. I will see to it this happens yearly. Mis ya my freind!

Uncle Todd I think of you everyday! especially as our birthday gets closer and closer. I miss you very much and wish you were here to celebrate with me when it arrives! Its very tough for all of us. I love you Uncle Todd! i know your watching down and protecting all of us from any harm that may come along.

Our hearts hurt for you, truly. Please find pease in His hands.

When I think of Todd, I think of the words of James Kavenaugh, "There are men too gentle to live among the wolves." These words were written about men who wander and search and " dare to ask of life everything good and beautiful."Todd had a full life and traveled far carrying with him the strong beliefs that he learned growing up in a strong family in a small town. He was truly a good, caring, intelligent person...a wonderful son, brother, father and friend. He will be missed as he travels onto...

With sincere condolences to the Parr family. I graduated with Julie 1979. Todd was a rising star then. He was a awesome young man, kind and giving. Todd was an excellent wrestler and champion. Anything he did, he did with class. This is a very difficult loss but God has plans for you as he does for all of us. Until we see you again my friend. Michelle Hertzfeld Miller

Todd was a student of mine in high school and I remember him with fondness. Not only was he an exceptional student-athlete, but a young man of impeccable character. So sorry to hear of his untimely passing. My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
