Todd Rowlands Thomas

Those who truly knew Todd new that he was one caring guy. He cared more about others than he did his self. He would do anything for you no matter what the cost was to him. I just hope that Todd knew how much he was loved from his parents down to the little kiddies (as Todd would call them) at school.
