I volunteered in the North Stonington Ambulance back when Todd started there. He was a great guy, always positive and always willing to help out. I knew then that he would do great things in life and he did. I was so saddened to hear of his passing. Jen Emert (Chappell)

I never had the pleasure of meeting Todd, my son Kevin worked with him in Preston and was always telling our family what a great person and friend he was to him.
