We were long-time neighbors of Toffie and Betty starting in 1975. They were the best neighbors and we would frequently pop in next door to visit or just say hi. Both Toffie and Betty were very kind and friendly and together with "Mike" Glass we shared many fond memories. We extend our condolences to the family and friends of Toffie.

He will truly be missed. I never knew he was in the Arny and served in WWII. I thank him for his service. He is no longer in pain and he is reunited with his beloved...
