Tollyn J. Twitchell

found out just now that tollyn twitchell, son of sarasota architect ralph twitchell, passed away last november. i worked for tollyn for a year in the middle 80s. his office was at the east end of main street(sarasota), facing the old railway station. from the front door, we watched the demolition of the railway station, and watched the challenger explosion, too. ralph was a fine architect, and i enjoyed the year i was there...the "sarasota school of architecture" has lost another one...
