Not sure what to say?

To my precious baby brother, I
have been unable to write in this
guest book because my
grieving is still too fierce and
fresh. I knew you all your life:
you were ten years younger. I
think of you every day. I miss
you desperately.
All my love, mary

I knew him solely as "Triticale", but for a long time on Dean's World, an internet blogsite which he frequented. There, all of us had electronic discussions which sometimes ate up entire weeks. We got into one another's lives in a way and on so broad a basis, that would have been inconceivable before the advent of this technology.

I understand that you folks are a relatively small family. I hope the joy of celebrating his life shall exceed the sadness of his passing.

Arnold...

Dear Cousins,

Ours is such a small family that each loss is especially felt. Tom was a nut and a tease! My favorite memory of him was when we were getting ready to go for pizza after your father's memorial.

Not being from the big city I wanted to be sure my dress was appropriate so I asked. He quipped that I'd probably be the best dressed person there to which I quietly responded "Well, that's all I ask". It caught him quite off guard and his tentative outburst was tempered...

I wish I had made that recipe he gave me advice on, I could have let him know how it came out.

He will be greatly missed.

G-d be with you.

You and your family continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Tom was a good man, I wish I had a chance to get to know him better, but I am glad I had the chance to meet him a few times to supplement the on-line contact we had.

His loss is felt by many,

I don't know if you remember us Dee. We worshiped with you at Cornerstone as well. Dan and I send our condolences and we will be praying for you and your family. We're so sorry to hear of your loss.
In Christ,

I only communicated with Tom through blogging, and never met him in person. It is difficult to get to know someone through such a far remove, but Tom made it easy. I will miss him.

I can only imagine what those closer to Tom are going through right now. You all have my deepest sympathies.

My condolences to the family in during this time. I didn't know Tom that well, but in the times I shared a conversation with him I felt he was a genuine and all-around great and unique individual and made you feel welcome. He will be greatly missed in the Badger Blogosphere!
