Dear Tom,

Sometimes special people pass through life, touching others, leaving each a better person from such passage. You were that person, Tom. You somehow made everyone around you feel special; hence, you were special.
I want to thank God for sending you to me to be my brother. You were all things -- my advisor, counselor, teacher. Due to your postive influence, I learned understanding, compassion, tolerance, and especially love.

To the family of Tom Bugbee: Tom was excellent to work with at LSSU. You are in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time. Treasure the memories and know that time will help.

Tom was so well-liked by anyone who knew him; he will be greatly missed. He could always bring a sense of balance to situations that threatened to go out of kilter--especially with his wry humor.

The news of Tom's death was devastating. He will be missed greatly. My most sincere condolences.
