Not sure what to say?

Pastor Tom helped me at a time in my life that I was at my all time low. I was depressed, had lost the joy in life, and had given up. He spent time with me every week praying with me and counseling me through this very hard time. This was so meaningful to me, because I don't have family to run to and I felt very alone. I felt like he truly cared and wanted me to understand that God also cared and loved me. I know he is in heaven right now with the angels and he is happy, because he was...

Joyce, We are your neighbors to the rear and we just heard of Tom's passing much to our shock and surprise, he always treated us well and so many times we had to come in and rescue our cats in your back yard.
We are so sorry for your loss, he will be missed!

Joyce,

The friendship and good times that you had with Jerry and Joyce still remain topics of family conversation. I know Tom's presence will be greatly missed by many. You, Tommy and your Family are in our thoughts during this difficult time.

I wish I could have come with Lisa for the services, but I had to stay with my boys. I know this will be hard not having him around, but the comfort comes knowing he is in no pain and not suffering. He is in the best place now that he could ever possibly imagine. I am thinking of my Aunt Joyce and cousins and want them to know I love them.

Joyce, there are no words to express the pain within our souls when we lose the love of our life but we can find peace and comfort in our Lord. He has been with you all these years and He will not leave alone at this deepest time of sorrow. David told me before he passed that he would be waiting and watching for me. I look up to the heavens and picture him watching from the windows if heaven for me. What a great celebration there will be when we are together again in the great house of God....

I was a chaplain with Tom for 7 years. He was a great guy and friend. My prayers are with you. Rev. Alvin McFadden, pastor Spencer UMC, Spencer.In. Also chaplain for Spencer Police Dept. Owen county Sheriff Dept. and Owen County FOP. God Bless

Dear Joyce & Family : We were so sorry to hear of your Tom's passing but rejoice in knowing he is with his Lord . He was a gifted and tireless servant of the Lord and touched many , many lives as a result of his loving and helping people . May the Lord give you comfort and peace as only He can . God bless you each and all .

My prayers and condolences go out to the family. He fought the good fight and in the end he is with our Lord. I haven't seen Tom since high school and wish he could have attended our 50th class reunion. I appreciate his niece adding the photo so I can have a different image from the 18-year old I remember. May God bless.
