When I saw the name and the Washington D.C. listing I remembered COACH, but it seemed impossible to believe that it was the same Tom Dowling. It was a special book and Mr. Dowling should have been happy to know that he will be remembered for it. May he rest In peace and may the Lord comfort his family.
