As a youth in Camas, I was a close friend of Tom's son John so I spent many hours at the Hart household. I was often asked to share dinner with the family and have many fond memories of those times. While it has been many years since I have seen Tom, I am saddened to hear of his passing. Heartfelt condolences and best wishes to the family.

We mourn Tom's passing so much. We have lived on Division and 19th in Camas for 25 years and during that time have seen and chatted with Tom on many occasions when he came by on his bike and more recently walking with his daughter (or maybe that was his daughter-in-law) and more recently yet riding bike tandem with his son.
When we were outside, whenever he was peddling by he always stopped to chat and pay his respects.....and we treasured those times.
We will miss him so much.

I remember Tom and his wife when I was growing up at Lacamas Lake, and they were our neighbors. His son Tom Hart Jr and I were neighborhood friends. I send my best to all the family.
