Not sure what to say?

Tom was a great friend , always with a great story , I´ll always remember the great talks we had when he came into star market . Keep flying high Tom!

I remember tom at uah early after my initiating music there in 1966. I dont access the hville times often from my home now in jackson ms, but did today. LI appreciated his student leadership and arts interests. I add my condolences to his family. D. Royce Boyer, prof emeritus.

Sam and I are so sorry to hear that Tom passed away. He was a dear. We wish we could have been there for the memorial but we are out of town. Our condolences to your family. Such a great loss for you and Tom's many friends.

Tom I'm gonna miss those daily talks we had in star, you will be missed greatly, I'm so thankful to be able to have called you friend, and thank you for those homemade biscuits you use to bring to the store. I will always remember those as well as the oatmeal cookies Cathy would send to star at Christmas time, sending thoughts and prayers Rachel and the rest of the family.

I am saddened by this news of my friend Tom leaving us. We were friends in the 70's and I remember that first art gallery! About a year ago we reconnected and had a long phone conversation about old times. I had every intention of visiting Huntsville soon, but didn't. I never met his children or grandchildren but would like to say I regret not making that visit. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Rachel my thoughts are with you. You were blessed to have such great parents. They are still with you. Keeping them in your thoughts; talking to them every day; remembering the good times...all this and more will help you through many a dark day.

Tom we will miss you very much

days and nights. Allan and i did
not see you often enough

Rachel- How could any man of such size and strength have had such a kind, gentle and generous heart as Tom Lackey?!? This world, and all of us feel your loss, feel your pain, and know that you came from the wonderful love of Tom and Cathy. We have all been Blessed to have been called "friend" by those two! Sail on, by dear brother.
