MOCCIA Tom J. Moccia, 94, passed away August 28, 2003. A lifelong resident of Jacksonville, he was a member of Assumption Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, and retired from the U. S. Naval Air Station as Fire Chief. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Doris....
