Not sure what to say?

My Mother now in Heaven and I saw Tom at the Lawrence Welk studio in CA. Tom was singing at a church in Denver where she lived. She has terminal cancer and fast losing her battle. She wanted to hear Tom so badly. I took her there and he visited with both of us. The very next day I took her to the hospital where she passed away. I heard one of his songs on the radio yesterday on my way to church. I just googled him and learned of his passing. Now hes singing for my Mother in Heaven. God bless...

"something" prompted me to check Tom's name online tonight. I m so very sorry to hear of his passing. My mother and I always watched Lawrence Welk and for me..mostly because of Tom. I remember dancing with him at a show in Montreal Quebec and he sang to me at a local Fair in Vermont USA. I was so thrilled ! Still have a picture of us together at that one.
May he rest in peace. Will love him for ever....Joyce Proctor Quebec Canada

I was so VERY heartbroken to hear of Tom's passing. I had the privilege of meeting him a few times during his time on the Lawrence Welk show......he was and always will be my very favorite. I believe I saw him in person 3 or 4 different times and was able to talk with him on several of those occasions, and he was one of the kindest, sweetest men I ever say nothing of how very handsome he was. I was looking for him on the internet about a year ago, to see if I could find anything...

My deepest condolences. I was obsessed with Tom as a teenager. Im in shock.

My late mother (1927-2012) and I watched the show all the time and as she was from West Virginia originally we were excited that Tom was in Berkeley Springs. We never got up there as we were way out of the state but I'm back now and was wondering about Tom. So sorry to hear he has passed away but he is with his beloved God and Jesus. May he never be forgotten.

My sister and I were just watching LW last night with our 96 yo father. When Tom came on I was reminded how much I liked him as a young teenager, I thought he was so very talented and that face! I owned a copy of his autobiography but after many moves I no longer have it. He is missed but I know we will see him again. I'm so glad to hear by all these testimonials that he was as good a person as he appeared to be on the show. God bless his friends and family.

I'm so sorry for the loss of Tom Netherton. He was such a talented man. My condolences to his family, friends and fans. Rest in peace Tom.

So sorry for your loss. I miss his beautiful voice!
I remember when Tom came down to West Palm Beach Florida with Lawrence Welk. My Dad took me tothe concert and I was able to dance with Tom At the end if the night ne even signed my Bible! That was a special night for me!

I truly enjoyed his singing, I always looked for him on Welk. In reading all the tributes from so many people, I am sure that this is a wonderful meaning to his family. May God Bless
