With deepest sympathy to Emilia, Stacey, Kevin and the extended O'Neill families. It was an honor to know and work with Tom for many years at ADP. Tom was a consummate professional. I was deeply saddened to learn of his sudden passing and he is truly missed each and every day. Tom was very understanding, calmn and caring with Family, co-workers and friends alike.

I worked with Tom at ADP for a number of years. He was always talking about his family and never failed to ask me about mine. He was always ready with a joke or a story and he was a fabulous manager who always treated his team as people first. He is missed.
