Read MoreRIP sir, I too had him in 1974 in typing at WGH. A teacher with a lot of compassion. I missed 6 weeks because of an illness. When I returned I was so far behind. He could have given me an F but instead, gave me an incomplete for that quarter. I dropped the class and retook it the following year. May he Rest In Peace.

I had Mr. Pannunzio (sorry I can't call him Tom, we never called our teachers by their first names) for a typing class during summer school in the mid-1970's and Willow Glen. I liked him and I learned how to type from Mr. Pannunzio. I'm sorry to hear that he suffered with Alzheimer's. I have lost family members to that disease, so I know quite well the struggle that Mr. Pannunzio and his family faced. My deepest condolences and rest in peace Mr. Pannunzio.
