Tom Sales

Tom Sales, 81, of Burkburnett, Texas passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2017.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 6, 2017 in the chapel at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett.

Tom was born on March 12, 1935 to the late Frank and Nellie (Yates) Sales in Hugo, Oklahoma. He loved fishing, camping, and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughters, Cheryl and Julie; his five brothers; and two sisters.

Tom is survived by his wife, Sally M. Myers of Burkburnett; his son, Dan Paul Sales of Decatur; his daughter, Charlotte Ann Slayton and husband Barry “Bear” of Iowa Park; a brother, William Sales Sr. of Chickasha, Oklahoma; sisters Bertha Myers and Nellie Harrison of Iowa Park; his eleven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Family requests memorials be made to the Shriners Hospital, 815 Market St.
