Not sure what to say?

Tommy was a hero and a brilliant man. Just watched one his final interviews. What a great person, and amazing talent.

I met Tommy in the airport in Grand Junction, Colorado. We were both about to fly out and wound up seated back to back in our tiny airport. I´d been a longtime fan, was surprised to see him there, didn´t want to disturb him. He wound up striking up a conversation. It wasn´t about important things, airport snacks I think. The conversation was brief, funny, and genuine. That´s what struck me. He wasn´t someone trying to impress another person with who he was. He was simply him. That meeting...

The love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

The Smothers were one of the best team of comedy. They were funny, smart and just plain entertainment. There were and are few comedy acts that equal their talent. They always were great together. Deeply missed.

You were an inspiration.

They were some of the best entertainer's on Television.

Tom was the best. My uncle Steve told me that on the phone when he passed and I can't think of another way to put it.

I met both Tom and Dick Smothers when I worked at the Mechanic Theatre in Baltimore. They were there performing "I Love My Wife". Both Tom and Dick were kind and it was a joy to know them.

Maybe the best comedian in history in terms of facial expression.
