Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry, Tom and family. Tom was a great person. Intelligent, kind and talented. I had some of my most memorable times with Tom when we both lived in NYC. We wrote songs together. I helped him get a great guitar from Rudy's Music in NYC and he loved it. He listened to me and helped me get through some of my hardest times. He was an insightful and tremedously unique person.

My Dearest Tom: In this age of grand illusion, you walked into our lives out of our dreams - to paraphrase DB. Your spirt lives on in our hopes, our fears, and our desires. Stay gold, my friend. Ashwani

Tom loved people. Here he is talking to Stanley Paris who was on the staff at John Rennie H.S. and his friend Lori Griffin.

We are very saddened to hear of Tom's death and wish to express our condolences to Megan and Tom's family. Tom was a good friend to our daughter Erin who passed in 2018. He accompanied her to join us at a relative's wedding in Cape Cod and we were happy to have him along and to share our good time. We heard of his many talents through our daughter. May he rest in peace. Kathi & Michael Ellliott

Very sad to hear of Tom's passing tonight at a friend's house in Montreal. I remember Tom from Cedar Park and John Rennie, and then in Montreal itself with his numerous creative projects. All of us in Miss Machin's class will recall the chair he set up in the closet, always reading, always thinking, always challenging. He lived life on his own terms for as far as I can recall. I am glad to have known him. He had a bracing and positive impact.

Very energetic, curious and bright - Too Young.

My heartfelt condolences to his family and all of his friends.

I've known Tom almost all my life. He was always a wise, creative, outstanding and refreshingly distinctive person. He will be missed!
Rest In Peace my friend,
Condolences and blessings to Tom's family and friends.

I've known Tom almost my entire life - Busy Fours, Cedar Park and Abbott.
When we were in elementary school, we took a trip to Downtown Montreal. We were all snapping photos and Tom decide to lie on the side walk and take a photo of a high-rise from that perspective. That's who Tom was! Always looking at things from different angles and creating original ideas. I am truly saddened by his passing.
All my love to his family and close friends.

Much love to all who witnessed and shared in Tom's brilliance. Such a courageous, curious and lovable spirit. Thank you Julia for your touching tribute. Tom sure lived, eh.
