As a supply teacher, I just received the news today. My God! I can say with such honesty that the thought of Tomas brings an automatic smile to my face! HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN ANGEL, and right now, it is without a doubt that he remains! .. His smile though. Wow! This boy stood out in a crowd for his kindness- he absolutely glowed. God Bless his soul, and I pray for his family, as well as the students here at ND who love and miss him. May God continue to give everyone the strength to deal with...

Anita, Susana and family, I'm so sorry for the loss of Tomas. Colleagues of Anita from Canada Post followed the birth of Tomas almost 13 years ago and we cried and laughed together with all the triumphs of little Tomas' progress.

On behalf of the Ottawa Royals Soccer Club, please accept the deepest condolences from everyone here. Tomas touched so many lives in the club's soccer world - he was such an example and inspiration to all. We will remember him and his wonderful, loving and giving presence on the pitch and off.

I was saddened to hear the news of Thomas. I enjoyed being his soccer coach in 2013-14 and will always remember his desire to play the best and as often as he could.
