Tomasa Contreras Sotelo, age 65, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025, in Whittier, California. Born in Guerrero, Mexico, Tomasa brought warmth, strength, and compassion to everyone who knew her. She was a devoted daughter, sister, and mother to four children — Falcao, Nayeli, Yuridia, and Lilibeth—and a proud, loving grandmother to seven grandchildren: Juan, Kiara, Adrian, Kendra, Isabella, Liam, and Emma.
Known for her warm heart and gentle spirit, Tomasa touched the lives of many with her generosity, strength, and unwavering love. Her memory will be cherished forever by those who knew and loved her.
She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, kindness, and family will continue to live on in those she leaves behind.

I thank God for being part of my family and for being such a special person to me. I will always remember you in my life as a great, brave, generous, and respectful woman. Fly high until you reach heaven. One day we will meet again and laugh like we did before. It's not a goodbye, it's a see you soon. You have to die to live.
