Suddenly on Monday, September 26, 2016 Tomasz "Tom" Tiszkow in his 33rd year. Beloved son of Teresa and Miroslaw Tiszkow. Survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in Poland. Tom had many friends and was devoted to all of them. Visitors will be received in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill Street, London on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Private family entombment at a later date.
