I met atomic when my Husband Wiley Draper introduced me to him while working with him at IBM in the 70s. We watched him marry Irene and Wiley became an Uncle to his two daughters . Wiley adored him until his death. Wiley passed away this May, 2020. I am saddened yet, comforted knowing these two are connected again. A true friendship that will last for eternity.

The first time I met Tomio was in 1973. I was a brand new IBM employee in training. This happened by accident in the lunch room of 690 Wilshire Place in Los Angeles where IBM had one of it's schools. I walked into the lunch room and Tomio was sitting at a table. As I entered I noticed that we were both wearing the exact same suits. I first met Tomio when I was a new Baseline Instructor with IBM at the Wilshire Place Education Center in Los Angeles. From the moment he shook my hand for the very first time, I felt a connection to him. In fact, though I knew he and I had never met, I had the overwhelming feeling that he and I had been friends for many years.
