Dear Compton Family,
Please know that you are especially in my prayers following the loss of your beloved Dad. I can well remember the feelings I had when I lost my Dad. Even though I could rejoice that he was in the care of our Heavenly Father, the sadness was still very real.
May God give you His supernatural peace and may He bless you as you depend on His strength.
His and Yours,
Bonnie Bobo Savoy

I will certainly miss my cousin Joe. My fondest memories are sharing time with family at the Lipan Homecoming. I loved to hear Joe and my Grandmother Venita Moore or Great-Grandmother Emma Howell talk about the good old days. I remember Maxine being there for those warm conversations. And I’m so glad Dottie was there to share his later years. Joe was a very gentle man and always had a hug for me and kind words. He will be missed.

WE only knew Joe for five years, but enjoyed being around him,Dorothy and the children(pets). WE would attend a yearly Golf Tournament in Lampasas and have dinner with them on Friday night and Dorothy would cook pies for Saturday.
We will miss Joe this year but will still come to see Cousin Dorothy.

The world is a sadder place without Uncle Joe. May he find find peace, rest, no pain and lots of golf in heaven. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.
