Tommy Bartlett Edwards

Please accept my condolences upon Tommy's passing. Judge Edwards presided at the adoption of my first son. It was a joyous time and Judge Edwards made it a very special day with his positive demeanor, joy and good humor. I will always remember Judge Edwards as an approachable, even-tempered and positive person and as an asset to the Bench and Bar.
