I have some great memories with Tom - camping, fishing, getting lost on Richland Chambers Lake, working with him at GSA and just kicking around. Tom was a special friend. Val let me know if I can do anything for yall.

Tom was more than just a fishing partner, he was one of the best friends I've had. I will forever cherish the memories of our excursions. Val, Chad and family, I offer my deepest heartfelt condolences at your loss.

Condolences to the Foster Family. I am fortunate to have worked with Tom for several years at DLA and GSA. He was a stand-up guy.

I worked with Tom at GSA. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful to his co-workers. He was a great man.
