Lynn I want to thank you for the wonderful care you gave Tom from the moment he got the news of his cancer. You went above and beyond to be sure he made every appointment, took every medication, and made it through every treatment. I was told medical staff often looked to you for answers because of the records you kept of every visit and every day routines. May you find peace knowing that you stood by him through the easy days and the hard days even until his final breath. Job well done...
