R.E. Rogers Funeral Home - Belfry Obituary

     Tommy Neal Justice, 65, of McCarr, KY, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024, at Tug Valley Regional Medical Center Skilled Nursing Unit.  Tommy was born September 9, 1958, in Williamson, WV, the son of the late Homer Justice and Irene Chapman Justice.  He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry Justice, Kevin Justice, and Timmy Justice.  Tommy was a former heavy equipment operator.  He was a friend to everyone, who always was willing to take care of and help others.  Survivors include his children, Amy (Erik) Rash of Forest Hills, KY, and Chris Justice of Hardy, KY; his siblings, Cynthia Kay Webb of Belleview, Fl., Mike (Judy) Justice of Huddy, KY, and Bruce (Linda) Justice of Turkey Creek, KY; grandchildren, Kailee (Brett) Charles, Kennedi Rash, and Zade Rash; great great grandchildren, Aspen Charles, Saylor Charles, and Palmer Charles; special sister-in-law, Tammie Hensley; mother of his children, Debbie Justice; his special friends, Pete Estepp, Larry Williamson, and a host of other loving family and friends.  Visitation will be held in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, beginning at 11 AM with his funeral service at 1 PM with Josh Reed and Gerald Marshingill officiating. .  Burial will follow in the Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY, with his family and friends serving as pallbearers.  R.
