TOMMY WAS EVERYTHING THAT I ASPIRE TO BE. I WILL FOREVER EMBRACE OUR FRIENDSHIP, (AND THE PRECIOUS, PAINFULLY BRIEF TIME THAT WE SHARED TOGETHER)SO VERY CLOSE TO MY BROKEN HEART. KNOWING...

I don't make friends easily. When I heard Tommy passed , I cried like a baby. It is hard not to, I would guess for anyone who spent a little time with him .

I met Tommy through the shop . He made each time getting work done a blast . It was like a clubhouse and Tommy was the entertainment. Over the few years I knew him , he always made me laugh . I loved him and I hardly knew him . Hurricanes and tats Tommy. Ladybugs and indecision.

To everyone he touched , Jah...

I've known Tommy since he moved to my street around 4th grade. He was always one of the funniest kids around and we quickly became great friends. Over the years we drifted apart and I'm sad to say I haven't seen him since we graduated from high school. I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of his passing and my sympathies go out to all. From reading all the entries here it looks like his amazing personality will live on in everyone's hearts. We'll miss you Tommy.

will miss you tommy, was bringing my daughter over for a "dot" any color, and you were artist even for that. (we didnt want her mom to know) - had interviewed several tattoists and you were the only one that could put our dream onto skin, not as a tattoo, but as art. i miss the chance to have displayed more of your talent. enjoy the dogs tommy......

I was so very sorry to hear about Tommy, He was very nice and when my brother and I came in for matching tattoos. Tommy was the best. He painted a wonderful sunset on the beach with two chairs. Tommy, our sunsets are for you!
P.S. I hope there is hotdogs in heaven for you!
Always,
Lyssa and Mark

My heartfelt condolences to the Laskas family and to the many close freinds of Tommy. I met him only once to have some small work done. He put me at ease instantly and engaged me in fun conversation to take my mind off what he was doing.
He showed me a book of his artwork and I knew I had the right guy. I wish I had gone back and gotten more work from him. He was an incredible artist. I am a freind of Jamie and Andrea, but did not get the opportunity to meet Wendy. I wish you well and...

words cannot express the deep sadness i feel for the loss of tommy. he was a talented artist, a special person and will be missed by everyone who knew him. my deepest sympathy to wendy, delia and the laskas family.

I've known Tommy since high school and since then our circles (Ybor, New World, etc.) have overlapped. Every time I saw Tommy out he was smiling, a big laugh waiting in the wings, with his arms open as if he were going to hug the world. He was a singular human being. Wendy and Delia, Steve and the Laskas Family, and all of Tommy's friends, you're in my thoughts and prayers. I can't imagine that there's anything more difficult in life than losing someone you love so much. We'll all meet again...
