Not sure what to say?

It's hard to believe it's been 14 years since we had our reunion in Davidson. It was great meeting Tommy there after not seeing him since we all left Vietnam. Rest in peace brother.

Miss his voice! Miss that twang! Spent many days in Vietnam together!

Tommy has been in my mind, and my heart since our time together in Vet Nam. Never forgotten!!

The men of Charlie Company 1/7 have been reuniting now for three years. Every year, we lose another brother. Time passes, wounds heal, grief becomes bearable, memories fade. But the spirits of good men live on. Know that you are not forgotten. We all think of you often. GarryOwen. Marion

It has been a year hasn't it? I remember the call. I will be by to see him and visit him in November. I will sit on the bench in front of him. I am sure there will be tears. I still wish I has called more often, came to visit more than I did.

Tommy was a Brick Mason with my Father; Kenneth Stanley for many year. He was a great human being and friend. he will be missed. I did stop and talk to him at LNRMC last year when my Daughter was seriously ill from a hysterectomy. You were walking him around the Halls for exercise, and he knew me but needed to lie down. My love and sympathy to you.

The year was 1966 I was one of the first blacks to attend MHS. I met Tommy on the wrestling team, he taught how to endure. My condolences to the famile.

I would like to express my deepest condolences to the family of Tommy Oliphant. You all will be in my thought's and prayer's in this difficult time. I didn't really know Tommy that well, but I knew his brother David, because my dad Kelly was a friend of David's. I saw Tommy a while back a couple of times while stopping at The Coddle Creek Grocery. He was a very nice guy, and very caring. I know that he will be very missed. May God bless you all at this difficult time.

Pattie, I just opened the obituaries and saw an Oliphant and thought of you and wondered if it was someone related to someone in your family and had no idea it would be your husband. I am so sorry. You will be kept in my thoughts and prayers.
