He was born August 18, 1950, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to the late Fred Raymond and Bernice Boldon Riggins. He was an avid fisherman who loved kayaking various rivers and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Curtis Riggins of Clarksville; two daughters, Whitney Riggins Lindsey and husband Jeremy of Texarkana, Arkansas, Lindsey Riggins Browning and husband Chris of Benton; two stepchildren, Angie Dunkum (Michael Luedecke) of Gentry and Alan Dunkum of Fayetteville; two sisters, Bonnie Smith of Washington, Sue Maupin and husband Bill of North Little Rock. He is survived by his greatest treasures who called him Big Daddy, his beloved six grandchildren, Baylee Lindsey, Lani Beth Lindsey, Mollie Kate Browning, Marshall Thomas Browning, Macyn Luedecke, Jordyn Luedecke. He is also survived by a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. He often said he was a lucky man to have been given the friendships he had in his life.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Chapelwood Funeral Home in Texarkana with Bro. Everette Geis Jr. officiating. Visitation will be immediately following the service.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cornwell Funeral Home of Dardanelle and Chapelwood Funeral Home of Texarkana, Texas.

Not sure what to say?

hey big daddy! I started sophomore year, I'm in high school now! Can you believe that? I'm 15 and can drive now which is insane. I know you having a great time in Heaven now. So much has happened in the past year, I got knee surgery, we moved different houses, and so much more. Marshall is in 1st grade now, he's growing up so fast! I've been playing softball, but we went to nationals and got 2nd out of 72 teams which is insane!! I miss you so much! Oh, we got to go to the river we always went...

Hey big daddy! It’s summer and I’m so excited! I broke my foot tho so it canceled most of my plans tho. We got 4th in state in softball and I’m proud of our team. I miss you so much and still wish you were here I love you to the moon and back!

I miss you, big daddy! I think about you every day. Marshall is four now and about to turn five. That is crazy! I am about to turn 13 and be a teenager. Dad keeps doing the Christmas ornaments as you did for us. He kept it going. Marshall is going to pre-K this year and I'm going to the 8th grade! I wish you were still here because I miss the fun times we had like mini-golfing which I always won, our road trips, and you helped me learn about the mile stuff on the road and I still use it. I...
